* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Joan Hartings
Joan D. Hartings, 76, 614 W. Plum Drive, Coldwater, died at 3 p.m. Nov. 6, 2006, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born June 7, 1930, in Sharpsburg, to Anthony and Frances Rammel Timmerman. On Aug. 25, 1951, she married Gregory A. Hartings, who died March 13, 2002.
Survivors are two sons, David (Donna), San Diego, Calif., and Marvin (Janice), Coldwater; a daughter, Mary Hart, Coldwater; two brothers, Wilfred (Jean) Timmerman, Fort Loramie, and Gerald (Irene) Timmerman, Fort Recovery; two sisters, Edna (Paul) Klingshirn, Coldwater, and Lucille (Jerome) Laux, Fort Recovery; two brothers-in-law, Bernard, St. Henry, and Urban Dirksen, Fort Recovery; two sisters-in-law, Loudonna Timmerman, Fort Recovery, and Alma Timmerman, Coldwater; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are two brothers, Louis and Richard Timmerman; and four sisters, Irma Eischen, Ruth Gruss, Bernice Dirksen and Esther Hartings.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-9:45 a.m. Friday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
