* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Clara Robinson

Mercer County native Clara B. Robinson, 88, of Kokomo, Ind., died at 4:10 p.m. Nov. 11, 2006, at St. Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis, Ind.

She was born June 3, 1918, in Mercer County, to Adam F. and Bertha B. Brush Kaylor. On March 21, 1935, she married Robert S. Robinson Sr., who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Robert S. Jr. (Linda), Mexico, Ind.; two brothers, Leroy (Linda) Kaylor, Three Rivers, Mich., and Lloyd Kaylor, Celina; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Deceased are three brothers and two sisters.

She was a homemaker.

Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home, Kokomo, Ind., the Rev. Evan Strong officiating. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.

Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
