* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 630 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Dorothy Knapke
Dorothy Bernadine Knapke, 85, 3991 state Route 219, Coldwater, died at 12:55 a.m. Nov. 18, 2006, at Roselawn Manor, Spencerville.
She was born April 4, 1921, in Philothea, to Leo and Rose Kahlig Wenning. On Oct. 23, 1946, she married Albert L. Knapke, who died Oct. 29, 2006.
Survivors are a son, Marvin (Terri), Coldwater; a daughter, Linda (Ralph) Higby, Zanesville; two brothers, Raymond (Mary) and Cletus (Rosemary) Wenning, all of Coldwater; three sisters, Vera (Wilford) Bruns, of Florida, Lillian (Wilfred) Fullenkamp, Coldwater, and Irene Bender, St. Henry; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother-in-law, Ed Bender and a great-grandchild.
She farmed with her husband. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality, Fraternal Order of Eagles Post 3025 Auxiliary and American Legion Post 470 Auxiliary, both of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
