Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 633 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Donald Smith
Donald E. "Blue" Smith, 65, 7309 state route 197, Celina, died at 1 a.m. Nov. 22, 2006, at Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus.
He was born Feb. 19, 1941, in Auglaize County, to Francis and Emma Roth Smith. On Oct. 10, 1964, he married Linda Thwaits, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a daughter Kim Plummer, Celina; and two grandchildren.
He was currently the repairman at Woodland Roller Dome, St. Marys. Previously he was employed at New Idea, Coldwater, and Strick's Manufacturing, Monroe, Ind. He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1473 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1291; and a social member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, all of Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Michael Westbay officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
