* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

John R. Smith, 59, 1123 Indiana Ave., St. Marys, died at 8:54 a.m. Nov. 24, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, following an apparent heart attack.

Arrangements are pending with Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
