* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Doris "D.J." Welbaum, 4, Celina, was the first one to greet Santa in his house following the St. Marys Santa Parade on Friday. She told Santa she wants a Fairy Dora the Explorer doll and, by the way, she pointed out to Santa that both her brothers have been bad. How so? "They just won't listen," she said.
