* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

A semitrailer was tipped over by high winds on Friday afternoon along U.S. 33, north of Celina. The Mercer County Sheriff's Department reported two semis overturned and one blown off the road Friday in Mercer County.
