Trooper John Westerfield of the Wapakoneta post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol visited Celina East Elementary School last week to talk to students in the classrooms of Jody Sanders and Deb Lehman. Westerfield, the 2005 Trooper of the Year in Ohio, shared information about his job and showed students his car and equipment.
