* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 21 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Kathryn Dilbone
Ohio City native Kathryn M. Dilbone, 84, of Sebring, Fla., died Dec. 25, 2006, at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Sebring.
She was born July 15, 1922, in Ohio City, to Laurel E. and Myrtle Smalley Hoffman. On Dec. 10, 1950, she married Charles Dilbone, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Chuck Jr. (Cynthia), Grandville, and Brock (Connie), St. Henry; a daughter, Sue Lynn Ruybal, Denver, Colo.; two sisters, Herminia High, Ohio City, and Ida Prill, Van Wert; nine grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are a brother, Laurel Hoffman; two brothers-in-law, Richard High and Harold Prill; and a grandson.
She was a librarian and a member of the Order of Eastern Star.
Services will be held at a later date.
Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
Arrangements are by the National Cremation Society of Sarasota Chapter.
