* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Minnie Stachler
Minnie A. Stachler, 64, 93 W. Wayne St., Chickasaw, died at 1:05 a.m. Jan. 13, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater. The cause of death was not official at press time.
She was born Aug. 16, 1942, in Celina, to Frank and Dorothy Kueterman Meiring. On Nov. 14, 1964, she married Myron Stachler, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Scott (Jennifer), of Radnor; a daughter, Shari (John) McGowan, Fort Loramie; three brothers, Frank Meiring Jr., St. Marys, and Robert (Betty) and Bill Meiring, all of New Bremen; five sisters, Doris (Ralph) Enneking and Ann (Jerry) Hirshfeld, all of New Bremen, Rosemary Larger, Russia, Edna (Larry) McCall, Dade City, Fla., and Dot (Don) Krieg, Wapakoneta; and five grandchildren.
She was a wallpaper hanger and past president of Maria Stein American Legion Post 571 Auxiliary. She was a member of Precious Blood Church and its ladies rosary altar sodality, Chickasaw, and Knights of St. John Auxiliary, Maria Stein.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Schroeder officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
