Disabled vehicles await the arrival of tow trucks following an accident at 6:09 p.m. Monday on U.S. 127 in front of the Breakaway RecPlex. Matthew J. Bohman, 23, 672 Linn St., St. Henry, was driving southbound when Brittany N. Shinn, 18, 1106 Holly St., Celina, turned left into the path of his 1998 Jeep Cherokee, according to Mercer County Sheriff''s Office reports. Shinn and a passenger, 5-year-old Logan M. Chaney, 619 Johnson Ave., Celina, were extricated from the wreckage of the 2002 Oldsmobile Alero. Both were taken by ambulance to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. No additional information was available due to federal patient privacy regulations.
