* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Nine-month-old Kami Butcher of Celina lies still on her back in the water with a little help from her mother, Amy, during the Water Babies class at the YMCA in rural Celina. The seven-week class meets each Monday to acquaint young children with water and provide an opportunity for bonding.
