Janet Hoenie
Former Celina resident Janet Kay Hoenie, 65, of Columbus, died at 2:45 p.m. Jan. 28, 2007, at Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital, Westerville.
She was born Sept. 26, 1941, in Celina, to Orland and Ruth Menchhofer, who are deceased.
Survivors are a son, Jeffrey (Susan), Celina; two daughters, Carol (Bret) Carpenter, Westerville, and Robin Hammond, Medina; a brother, William (Judy) Menchhofer, Celina; two sisters, Nancy Menchhofer, Celina, and Debra (Roe) Riegel, Lancaster; and five grandchildren.
She was employed at Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs, Columbus, and was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Medina.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Moreland Funeral Home, Westerville, the Revs. Thomas Schwartz and Robert Riggs officiating. Burial is at Blendon Township Central Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
