* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Law enforcement and rescue personnel respond to a three-vehicle accident at 11:43 a.m. Monday at the intersection of East Market and Ash streets in Celina. Stephanie A. Johnsman, 16, 4809 Mud Pike, Celina, reportedly ran a red light while eastbound on Market and struck the vehicles of Sam L. Fontanini, 35, 304 Indiana Ave., Apt. 3, St. Marys, and Robert C. Henderson, 55, 121 Mallard Cove, Celina, as they entered the intersection from Ash Street. Johnsman was taken by ambulance to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater and later cited by Celina Police for a red light violation. The Johnsman and Fontanini cars sustained moderate to heavy damage requiring tow trucks. Henderson's SUV received light damage.
