Chester Quellhorst
Chester J. Quellhorst, 89, formerly of New Bremen, died at 11:30 p.m. Feb. 24, 2007, at Liberty Retirement Community, Centerville.
He was born Nov. 19, 1917, in New Bremen, to Ferdinand and Mabel Huelsman Quellhorst. On Nov. 28, 1946, he married Georgia I. Fenneman, who died Nov. 9, 2004.
Surviving are a son, Craig (Lee), Centerville; a daughter, Pat (Joe) Ambrosic, Beavercreek; seven grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Deceased are a brother, Eric; a half-brother, William Frevert Jr.; a sister, Grace Wint; and two step sisters, Edna York and Irma Black.
He retired from Inland Corp., Vandalia, and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Tipp City.
Calling is after 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
