* WHEN...From 10 AM to 10 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

A horse and his rider take a chilly trip around the track at the Mercer County Fairgrounds on Thursday morning. The weather is looking a little more promising for the next few days as highs get into the 50s and maybe higher by early next week.
