* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Franklin Fellers
Franklin B. "Big Frank" Fellers, 48, of Yorkshire, died at 4 a.m. April 3, 2007, at his residence. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born July 26, 1958, in Greenville, to Bruce M. and Lucille Catherine Meinerding Fellers. His mother survives in Versailles.
Also surviving are a companion, Joan Mangen, Yorkshire; two sisters, Rosemary Weese, Versailles, and Chloe Fellers, Ansonia.
He owned Big Frank's Hideaway, North Star, was a former truck driver for Boeke Brothers, Fort Loramie, and worked at Marwel Products of Fort Loramie for 23 years.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. John White officiating. Burial is at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery, North Star.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
