* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

The 401 Building, located on 401 Myers Road, which formerly housed Ashton Terrace Nursing Home, has been completely renovated into a combination apartment and office space complex by Celina developer Brad Burkholder. He bought the building in 2004.
