An arctic cold front will move quickly east across the region through daybreak. This will usher in a much colder airmass with temperatures quickly falling below freezing.
Snow showers can be expected this morning with snow accumulations of a half inch or less possible. This will combine with the falling temperatures to produce slick spots on untreated roadways. In addition, brisk west winds will gust to 25 to 35 mph at times this morning.
The morning commute will be affected by these conditions. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination. Be prepared for slick spots, especially on bridges an overpasses.

John Siefring
Former Celina resident John J. Siefring, 69, 8974 Linksway Drive, Columbus, died April 18, 2007, at Crown Point Nursing Home, Columbus.
He was born Aug. 27, 1937, in St. Marys, to John J. and Rosa Elizabeth Kramer Siefring Sr. On Nov. 23, 1957, he married Marjorie L. Wurster, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Darla J. (G. Fred) Wilkinson, Mendlam, N.J., and Tina (John) Menke, Grandview Heights, Columbus; three brothers, Wilbur (Monica) and Lawrence (Joy), all of Louisville, Ky., and Harold (Pauline), Decatur, Ind.; four sisters, Laurena Frilling, St. Marys, Pauline (Leo) Kunk, Tucson, Ariz., Delores (Tom) Hemmelgarn, Fort Recovery, and Barbara Bergman Winner, Osgood; a sister-in-law, Ruth, St. Marys; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Paul J., a sister, Mary A. Heitkamp; four brothers-in-law, Wilbert Frilling, Loyd Heitkamp, Virgil Bergman and Eugene Winner.
He was a United Parcel Service driver in the Celina area from 1962 to 1995, and a 1955 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jeff Smalley officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
