Flags along South Main Street in Celina and many other locations in the Grand Lake area fly at half-staff this week following Monday's tragic shooting on the Virginia Tech campus. President Bush issued a proclamation earlier in the week requesting that flags at all government buildings and military facilities be left at half-staff through sunset Sunday, while the nation mourns the loss of the 32 victims.
