* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

The new home for Safeway Packaging Inc. takes shape in the Bunker Hill Industrial Park at the west edge of New Bremen. The 260,000-square-foot facility, which represents a $10.6-million investment, should be completed by fall. The company outgrew its current Minster home but was unable to expand because of the unavailability of adjacent land. The new site spans 15 acres with Safeway having the first right of refusal on additional property.
