* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Phase one development of Steve Klosterman's land at U.S. 127 and state Route 219 should be completed late this summer. The new development will house commercial businesses, including the new home of Klosterman Development Corporation.
