* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

A wall goes up at Klosterman's new development off state Route 219. It will include 12 lots carved from 22 acres of land. One undisclosed person has already purchased three lots, with the intention of creating a tool rental, tent rental and used car lot.
