* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Tiny Thumbelina, the world's smallest horse, is greeted by a Shetland pony named Grassby at an equestrian therapy farm in Cridersville on Friday morning. Thumbelina, who stands 17 inches tall, is accompanied by her owner, Michael Goessling of St. Louis, Mo. Pony handler, Connie Graham, stands by Grassby.
