Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Wanda Pitman
Wanda May Pitman, 77, 104 E. Maple Ave., Greenville, died at 9:05 a.m. June 27, 2007, at her residence.
She was born May 4, 1930, in Mercer County, to Ora E. and Tura A. Gray Howell. On Nov. 10, 1952, she married William A. Pitman, who survives.
Also surviving is a daughter, Brenda, Troy; and a caregiver, Melissa Daniels.
Deceased are a daughter, Sandra Kay; two brothers, Lewis and Dallas Howell; and two sisters, Velma Howell and Mary Rismiller.
She was a homemaker and a 1948 graduate of Celina High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. Samuel Hoeflich officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 9:30-10:30 Friday at the funeral home.
