* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 17 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

Foster Hiers Jr.
Foster Prince Hiers Jr., 62, of Middlepoint, died June 28, 2007, at the Laurels of Shane Hill Nursing Home, Rockford. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born March 31, 1945, in New Orleans, La., to Foster and Marie Chesler Hiers. His mother survives.
Also surviving is a sister, Carol (Paul) Eckrich, Diamondhead, Miss.
He was a purchasing agent for an electrical company.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
There will be no calling.
Arrangments were handled by Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford.
