* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Fabulous fudge

Joey Oiler of Fudgie Wudgie slices off a piece of mocha-flavored fudge at a stand along Lakeshore Drive in Celina this morning. This is the first year for Joey and her husband Steve Oiler as vendors at the Celina Lake Festival. The company, based in Marion County, offers 17 flavors of fudge including favorites pecan turtle, double chocolate and chocolate peanut.
