* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Aubry Black
Aubry Shay Black, seven weeks, 6940 Willshire Road, Ohio City, died July 25, 2007 at Van Wert County Hospital. Van Wert County Coroner Dr. Scott Jarvis said death appears to be due to natural causes.
She was born June 5, 2007 at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, to Raymond and Sheila Vann Black, who survive in Ohio City.
Also surviving are a maternal grandfather, Michael Vann, Rockford; a maternal grandmother, Darlene Uncapher, Rockford; paternal grandparents, Tony and Kathleen Black, Van Wert; maternal great grandparents, Fred and Gloria Vann, Rockford, and Gwen Uncapher, Mendon; and a paternal great grandmother, Joyce Ward.
Deceased are a maternal great grandfather, William Uncapher; a paternal great grandfather, Charles Ward Jr.; and paternal grandparents, Maxlin and Phyllis Black.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Bill Reeder officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-6 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
