* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Services for Aubry Shay Black were at 10:30 a.m. July 30, 2007, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, Brother Bill Reeder officiated.
Pallbearers to Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, were Allen Black and Eric Vann. Honorary pallbearers were Kurt Kundert, Dominic Esposito, Cody Black and Chris Shinn.
Arrangements were handled by W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
