A heavily damaged semitrailer rests along U.S. 33, west of Neptune, following a five-vehicle accident Thursday morning. The driver, James M. Hagan,64, 608 Black Oak St., St. Marys, was the only person injured, according to reports from the Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
