* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

The first of three harness racing programs at the Mercer County Fair begins on Friday at 7 p.m. The annual Signature Series Grand Lake Trot runs Sunday with the Grand Lake Pace wrapping up Monday's fair action.
