* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Cat rescue

St. Anthony resident Ralph Leugers perched on a backhoe bucket Sunday afternoon to rescue a kitten clinging to the top of a utility pole. Both cat and man reached the ground successfully, although the cat jumped out of the bucket on the way down and scampered away. Leugers' uncle John Rauh manned the backhoe.
