Heavy equipment and slabs of concrete seawall are present along West Bank Road as work continues on the Celina Rotary Walkway. The path is expected to stretch from the lighthouse along South Main Street to the boat docks near the entrance of West Bank State Park. Only the first phase of the path is being built now, due to funding limitations.
