* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Fishing derby

More than 200 youngsters showed up at Lake Loramie State Park to participate in a catfish derby co-sponsored by the state park staff and the Ohio Division of Wildlife. Youngsters wield fishing poles in hopes of snagging some of the 750 catfish released in an enclosed channel prior to the event. Nearly everyone landed at least one prize catch, according to park manager George Sholteis.
