* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

An image showing the design of the proposed Briarwood Village is posted in the front lawn of Briarwood Manor Nursing Home in Coldwater, as work progresses on the new development across the street.
