Clayton Combs of Andy's Roadhouse prepares one of his homemade pies on Monday - the only day the restaurant is closed. Combs, who has been a professional chef for more than 30 years, is the new cook at Andy's Roadhouse, which opened on Labor Day weekend in the former Doc's Inn restaurant.
