Dan Kramer of Delphos works on his Oh Boy! Oberto replica hydroplane remote control boat at Eastview Park pond earlier this week. Kramer is co-chair of the Gas Nationals Radio Control Hydroplane Races slated for this weekend at the pond. Teams from nine foreign countries and all across the United States will be competing for national titles.
