Amanda Walter, an eighth-grader at Holy Rosary School in St. Marys, gives a rescue breath to a CPR mannequin last week. She was participating in a program put on by the senior med-prep class at Tri Star Career Compact. The seniors taught the younger students about first aid and CPR during the two-day program, which included demonstrations at Holy Rosary School and a visit to the Tri Star Dennings Building in St. Marys, where the prep class is taught.
