Tolentino "Tino" and Ignacia Rodriguez are getting ready to turn the family restaurant business, Casa Rodriguez in Celina, over to their daughters, pictured in the back from left, Sophia Rodriguez and Margaret Ausland. The restaurant has been serving up authentic Mexican food in Celina since it opened in 1981.
