* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sara Dorsten, pictured, and Rachel Smith captured the WBL second doubles championship on Saturday, completing a 26-0 record season. The pair helped Celina capture their first overall WBL title since 2002. Celina also had two singles players and the other doubles team finish as runners-up.
