* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Winifred Fledderjohn
Winifred Fledderjohn, 84, 212 E. Monroe St., New Bremen, died at 7:50 a.m. Oct. 1, 2007, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born May 31, 1923, in Lexington, Ky., to George and Maud Lawson Saunders. On March 12, 1949, she married Dale Fledderjohn, who survives in New Bremen.
Other survivors are two sons, Gary (Donna), Fairfield, and Rex (Shirley), Cincinnati; a brother, Eugene (Viola) Saunders, Lexington; and six grandchildren.
She was a homemaker. A 1941 graduate of Lexington, Ky., High School, she was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen, and a former member of the New Bremen CCL. She also was a member of several bridge card clubs in the New Bremen area.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. Leah Matthews officiating. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or the New Bremen Emergency Squad.
