* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Heavy rainfall is possible, especially tonight, which may result in flash flooding.

Russell Podoll
Russell H. Podoll, 88, 205 S. Walnut St., New Bremen, died at 5:55 a.m. Oct. 22, 2007, at Golden Living Center-Valley, St. Marys.
He was born Aug. 5, 1919, in Wautoma, Wisc., to Henry and Lena Schleuter Podoll. On Dec. 23, 1945, he married Beverly Young, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Roger (Mickey), Wautoma, Randy (Becky), Quincy, Mich., and Ned, New Bremen; three daughters, Mary (Mark) Pitvoff, Edmonds, Wash., Kay (Dan) Sanderlin, Wasilla, Ark., and Sue (Bub) Lord, Bellbrook; 26 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Norman; and a sister, Bernadine.
He retired in 1984 as a mechanical engineer at the former Stamco plant in New Bremen, after 20 years of service. He was a U.S. Army Air Corp veteran, serving with the 420th Army Ordnance attached to the 9th Air Force Headquarters in Africa, England and France during World War II. A 1937 graduate of Wautoma, Wis., High School, he was a member of Faith Alliance Church, New Bremen.
A memorial service is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Dean Greenwood officiating.
Contributions can be made to the church's building fund or the Golden Living Center.
Arrangements were handled by Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen.
