* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

St. Marys City Council passed second reading Monday of an ordinance to close the municipal power plant. So far, council members say they have received only supportive comments from the community about the proposed move.
