At 548 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Monroe to near Hartford City, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Celina, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chattanooga, and Tama.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Richard Garwick
Richard F. Garwick, 69, 817 Echo St., Celina, died at 6:05 p.m. Oct. 25, 2007, at Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima.
He was born March 19, 1938, in Mercer County, to Ernest and Louetta Kendall Garwick. In May 1957, he married Janice VanTilburg, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Dean (Valerie), Salem; two daughters, Teresa (David) Butler, Noblesville, Ind., and Laura Griffis, Hampton, Va.; two brothers, Dan, Los Angeles, and Keith, Bluffton, Ind.; seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased is a grandson.
He retired as a workshop director at Cheryl Ann Industries. A 1956 graduate of Celina High School, he attended Wright State University. He was a member of Celina First Church of God, where he was an elder, Sunday school teacher, member of the worship life board and a coach for the Bible quiz team.
Services were today at the church, the Rev. Bruce Strine officiated. Burial was at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Contributions can be made to the Mercer County Council on Aging or the church.
Arrangements were handled by Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
