* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Monica Springer
Monica C. Springer, 20, 624 N. Mill St., Celina, died at 4:52 a.m. Nov. 3, 2007, at Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Dec. 26, 1986, in Coldwater, to Robert and Barbara Fields Springer, who survive in Celina.
Also surviving are a son, Elliot Scott, Celina; a brother, Nicholas, Celina; and grandparents, Donald and Dorothy, Celina.
Deceased is a grandmother, Christine Fields.
She was a 2005 graduate of Celina High School and worked as a certified nurses aid.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Revs. Mark Wakeland and Jason Springer officiating.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial information was not available.
