Southerly winds have begun to increase in strength late this evening. Some gusts of 35-45 mph will be possible tonight through the early morning hours. Be cautious if driving, especially on east-to-west oriented roads.

Motorists will be required to reduce their speed at 11 different locations in Mercer County if a submitted proposal is accepted by the Ohio Department Of Transportation. On Thursday evening, a car speeds through Johnston Road outside of Celina, one of the roads that would have a reduced speed limit if approved by ODOT.
