* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Norman Martin
Norman Martin, 91, 601 Linden Ave., St. Marys, died at 4 a.m. Nov. 22, 2007, at his home.
He was born Dec. 14, 1915, near Deep Cut, to Archelous and Irene Baker Martin. On June 26, 1939, he married Florence McDermitt, who died Feb. 12, 1989. On Feb. 23, 1990, he married Marvelee Persinger, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Rodney (Vonnie), Avon Park, Fla., Gerald (Jan), Jacksonville, Fla., and Joe (Patricia), Montezuma; two stepsons, Lynn (DeeDee) Persinger and Bruce (Toni) Persinger, all of St. Marys; two sisters, Mary Carmean, St. Marys, and Cleona Layton, Spencerville; 15 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, John, Pete and Carl; three sisters, Kathryn McPheron, Ruth Dersham and Eunice Shock; a grandson and a great-granddaughter.
He retired from Westinghouse Electric Company, Lima, after 33 years. He was a 1935 graduate of Spencerville High School and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, who served on the underwater demolition team. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289, St. Marys, and the Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Mary Kay Brown officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the church's building fund.
