* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Jerry Felver
Jerry R. Felver, 63, 163 Parkway Court, St. Marys, died at 11:45 a.m. Dec. 6, 2007, at his home, following an extended illness.
He was born May 12, 1944, in Celina, to F. Kenneth and Mildred Riley Felver, who are deceased. On Feb. 22, 1964, he married Nancy Carol McKee, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Jerry Lee (Allison), St. Marys; three daughters, Jamae (Sean) Wilder and Yvonne "Vonnie" (Bob) Miller, all of St. Marys, and April (David) Cox, Wapakoneta; a brother, James (Janice), Wapakoneta; three sisters, Lola Shaner and Norma Jones, of Celina, and Wilma Brotherwood, St. Marys; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Leroy, and a sister Marie Margaret Bailey.
He was a certified welder and worked at Clark Equipment in Lima and Airport Manufacturing in New Knoxville, and was a driver for Polecat Trucking, St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Tom Snook officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
