All three floors of the former Mersman Furniture Co. complex in Celina are exposed as heavy equipment continues demolition at the site. The process is slow, however, and may not be fully completed until June as wood from inside the building is being salvaged as the structure comes down, city officials say. Harbor Life Ministries, formerly known as Harbor House in Celina, plans to build a maternity home on the site, and other future plans for the area have not been announced by Randy Bruns, president of Brickyard Investments Ltd., which owns the property.
