Traffic signals at the busy intersection of state Routes 66 and 119 at the north edge of Minster will be operational beginning Thursday. Until then, signs from the Ohio Department of Transportation warn motorists what is coming. Area residents and Minster village officials have sought signals at the location for years and ODOT finally approved the request with the provision the village pick up most of the cost.
